hardest 15 miler in awhile. first 15 miler in awhile. very good run. it was somewhat hard, but we'll see how recovery goes. I'mm really not sure about the race next sunday. I'mm not sure I'm ready to win it. I'm sure I would get in top ten and get an award but I want to win. also recovery could be a real problem if I race too quickly after the wonderland trail.
