Ran inside up above alumni. So at 20 laps to the english mile 100 laps I did. In groups of 25 so I didn't screw up my knees and everything else. Not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. The trick is the stick to the inside of the track on the strait and run out about a meter on the curves so that your H (angular momentum) can be directed along with gravity. you experience like 1.03 g at a slight angle into the track.
