aiming 3:10-3:12, after one repeat and being too slow and working harder than I thought I needed for that pace i called it a day and went for a cool down. I have had enough bad days that when it is not there, I don't try to force it. there are other days (like today Sunday 5:22, 5:15) where things go better than intended. I am not good enough at organizing my training to know for certainty when I will have a good day and need a rest day. part of it is also the overtime worked and such. other stresses in life exhibit themselves in my life through less than anticipated running performances.
