half set. I'm going to work on my core more the next 2.5 weeks and flexibility and maybe even some drills because that's all I can think of that would make me faster. I can't run more miles, do hard workouts, lift much, do long runs or anything that will tire me out much. So I figure I can work on core strength and stride length without taxing myself much. It should make 76s and 77s easier.
