Notes

Run around Mt. Carmel, first run in four days. Felt good, no leg pains! I did feel like I was breathing quite a bit harder to run this pace than I normally would when I am in shape. Overall though, this gives me a lot of motivation that I will be able to run in three weeks, for a whole day.
