4 in 30:00 corner in 59. drizzly, chilly, and I had stomach cramps the last 35 minutes pretty bad. Right shin cramped up a little at the begining but after some painful stretching it went away. Plantar Facitiis felt good during the day but hurt a little during the run a little less than normal but still hurt.
