worked hard lets see, 6:48 (pretty dissapointed I worked harder I thought and still high 6s?), 12:40 (5:52 super pumped that I was sub 6 this mile cause last week it was like 6:10), 19:07, 25:40, 31:34 (only mile slower than last week), (5:15 last mile!). It was a good tempo mile 2 and 6 were the best. It was cooler and cloudy so that helped compared to last week.
