another romp in the vibrams. the massage helped yesteray but still sore. did not feel pain until about half way and pain was again not as bad as the last two days. the core/strength exercises are really helping plus the selfmassage. I know where it hurts and I can feel what it is connected to and it costs me a whole lot less to do it myself. i am so happy to simply be running. soon enough this injury will be over but even if it never ended I can handle running only a few miles per day. running is awesome and most runners don't understand how much that means to them until it is taken away (often by an injury). i am so fortunate
