From apt to school. just kept it easy thinking about yesterday and some of the emails I want to send and other stuff. The weather was off and on. It was flurries when I went out about 45 minutes in it got nasty and at one point visibility was only 100 meters and the road was snowed over. Then it backed off and with 20 minutes left the sun came out. I also felt fantastic! my legs felt good so the extra effort on the cool-down payed off and my calves felt like superman. I even changed my strides for awhile to push off with my toes more anmd use mmy calves cause they felt so good.
