Kevin spiked me and tore my shoes up I am going to buy more. splits of 5:03, 5:07 (10:10) then 5:35. The last mile was horrible my legs and arms felt so heavy. I felt so good after a mile that I knew I was going to be under 16 then the next mile I had to work harder then it was like just terribleness, I don't know like a heavy tired pain not stabbing or burning. AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!! 70 mile weeks! all sorts of repeats at 70 and 75 pace. Well, its not enough, I have to push myself to that barrier in practice.
