actually with my new fastwitch 4 yellow shoes. pretty consistent pace. about 9 miles of it while there was enough light not to worry about my footing. wind 10-12 mph because it was going past me while I was running with it. my toes got the screaming barfies about four miles in (i ran reverse) after they went numb. my face was numb where it was showing despite facemask and hat. 7F + 10mph wind +running 8mph into the wind= really cold.
