2 min hard 2 easy. althought i pushed the easy. simply put, go anaerobic, and recover while running at a decent pace. 1k in 3:54, 2k in 7:40, 6k in 21:41 wore pants and it was snowing I didn't feel the greatest but I wanted to get measurably farther than 6k today so I was working on the rests a bit as well. I feel my anaerobic capacity has picked up a lot recently now i need specific workouts to blend aerobic and anaerobic.
