supposed to be 6k with the last 2k at 6:40, but I was working way too hard so I quit early. I guess this is a good medium workout, I mean less than 20 minutes makes me feel lazy and as though I get very little benefit, but the reality is 10 laps at 81 and 82 while still tired from the weekend is a good workout.
