At anytime fitness with my aunt Lanette who is a pretty dedicated aerobic athlete as well. First mile at 6:00 second at 5:52, 3 at 5:42, the rest at 5:36. I tried to pick it up but 10.7 mph was all the felt below the lactate threshold. I would have gone 8 but the treadmil only gave me an hour before a stop and I didn't want to stop. A little side note my 8 mile pr is about 46:50 so including wup I probably prd in the 8 mile today at46:30. Also I ran 60% of a hm at big pr pace and it wasn't very hard yes I am getting in shape. This was a great workout. I need more

tempos in my training I need new stimuli.
