Nice little race on the indoor track, splits of 34 at 200, 71 at 400, 2:27 at 809, 3:43 at 1209 and last 400 in 71.high. Felt good, stiff quads and hips and shoulders from 2 hours xc skiing yesterday, but otherwise okay. I wanted to break 5 and I did by a healthy margin. Good day.
