Notes

first lap of 7.3 53:00, second lap in 52:55 then a little out and back to get about 16. One powerbar gel after first lap and ran out of water in my 4 oz. after about 11 miles I could have easily had a bigger bottle. Good solid run. Mileage for the week goal: 10 hours. I'm not exactly worried about mileage because that is not the most important. If I'm pumping off 8:15 miles and getting less miles then those putting away 6:50 miles well it's kind of obvious that I'm still running. And I don't want to hurt myself running too fast and not getting the recovery at 8800 feet that I do at 900 feet. Life is good.
