Good run. I started with a fair amount of left calf/achilles pain but after taking a minute to stretch at fives miles it loosened up and I was fine for the tempo, better than expected. I didn't even know if I could do a mile with my sore leg, well I felt pretty good once I was going. Nothing special, but it was hot and humid, so I'll take it. First workout of any quality in the build up. On the cd a guy I am not sure I know called me "Mr. Everest". It continues to be strange this reputation that I have recently acquired.
