10x400 5k pace (80 I assume) - 81, 79, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 79, 72, 73. I just kep hitting 80 but was getting like .1 or .2 seconds faster per lap so I decided to run the last two in 75 but that didn't work out so I just ran hard. Nice to ease back into the workouts but it was rather easy.
