Nice run in shorts. I was going to go with Doug but I was 10 minutes late so I don't know if he ever showed up. I was only planning to do 13 but then I felt really good so I went farther. Nice solid easy run. I had to hold back a few times and keep the pace a little less "fun". Great recovery from yesterday! I just have so much, Thank God!
