Too much excitement. I was just too excited. So I am not in bad shape apparently. Also it is .57 miles one way longer to out north on park from seven goulding. My check \for the grant was here today thus the excitement. From approximately 2.5 miles to 3.5 miles through assumption was like 6:30. Little fast for my taste. I think spiderman said something similar to " running alone is my blessing to run my own pace and my curse to push myself.
