Notes
a very nice run. it was raining and hailing earlier so I waited until the weather eased up. it didn't rain the whole time but it was 10-15 mph windy. I clicked the watch on and didn't look at it until I stoped around 15.8 to give directions around 1:54:57 or so. really consistent pace the whole time. it felt so easy. i felt like I was trotting 7:45 pace. i mean compared to 5:57 pace 7:15 is slow. I did hit a rough patch for about two minutes around mile 22 but I suppose that's part of running for 2:40. i didn't set out to run 24 miles, but after a while I decided to add on M then short church. I probably could have kept going, but i was hungry and tired. I'm planning on one 27+ mile run in the next few weeks and on that one I want to hit sub 7, which judging by this run shouldn't be a problem, it won't be a piece of cake but not too hard
