quite a long workout. well it was supposed to be 4x400 in the middle but Marcus was finishing 50 meters ahead of me so I called it quits and just stuck with him on the 200s. really a great change of pace in the routine. I wouldn't think to do this kind of workout on my own in my training cycle.
