out in 1:11:14 back in 1:06:59, other splits 3 in a tired 22:24, 5 in 36:39, 7 in 50:39, 11th in 6:25, 12th in 6:30 last in 6:29. I was not feeling this run either, I thought about calling it a day after a few miles, but I wasn't really hurting or anything so I decided to put some effort in and give it a go. also, I've decided no more long runs (18+ miles) slower than 7 minute miles, it's a waste of my training time.
