4.5 mile progression run. I'll take it, first 1.4 with the UD team then I hit a 2:40 half mile starting up grandview and dropped them, not on purpose, but I went with it and had a nice run. Not too impressive, not the 5x2 miles or 8 mile tempo that might have been better, but a nice workout with a fair amount of race pace work on the roads which is good. Interesting to see the 190 heart rate, probably a little harder than marathon effort considering the hills, but I think it is realistic to think that in a marathon I will average 185-190 bpm. I'm thinking of wearing the monitor in the marathon.
