6200 in 19:43, minus the first 3k that's 3200 in about 9:21, that's not terrible. in fact, it may be the best speed workout I have ever done. I mean those 800s were quick and the three 400s were solid as well. The rest was never overwhelming as I was always still breathing hard going into the next interval. lots of good lactic acid buildup. I don't normally rest on my workouts, but I felt that it would allow me to go faster, which I need to train for the mile.
