first part of the workout with Beth before my legs felt terrible, so I quit. I intended to run more after practice, but my legs just felt tired, so after a small frank shorter style double I did not do more. reasons for tiredness: not eating after morning run, lifting yesterday, specifically one leg stability ball curls, a margherita at BWWs, and workout yesterday before I was ready to do that particular workout
