Merry Christmas!! Running for two hours give me a chance to experience a lot of stuff like soreness and mild pain and wind and the temperature dropping 5 degrees and the sun moving down in the sky and dehydration. I am going to try for a 70mile week this is day one and its successful! Merry Christmas!!!!
