Well, I decided not to go t NEs cause I can get more work done here and I went back to sleep this morning after I decided. The hard part was I started to get over 100 rpm cause i wanted to get my heart rate up but it still probably didn't get over 130 although the monitor on the machine once said 160 but it said 120 when i took my hands off for 2 minutes so I think it was messed up.
