added on two short churches and two neighborhood loops to get the extra 9 miles. firstm four miles at 33 something for 8:15-20 min/mmiles into the wind still sore from saturday. gave up on trying to hit any good pace until I came through 12.1 miles at 1:31:30 (7:35s) and felt good so I continued to pick it up some. 15.8 in 1:58, 19.5 2:24. didn't think this run would go so well but it was good. puttin' the work in.it even got so warm I took my gloves off.
