i wakme up and turn the alarm clocks off. 6.5 hours of sleep is not enough. I hate myself and avoid looking at my bed so that i wont get back in it. I stretch a little and start to jog at 8:20 pace. After 300 meters the hate is gone and I'm very happy i didn't go back to bed.
