1 mi 6:49, 2 mi 13:13, 4.2 in 28:38, 5.2 in 35:05, 12.1 in 1:22:30, 13.1 in 1:29:30-40, 14.1 in 1:36:50, 16.1 in 1:52:00 (yep that's 15:10 for two miles), 17.1 in 1:59:11, 17.9 in 2:04:47, 19 in 2:12:00. it started out as a really good run but then I had right hip trouble. I NEED to cross train or lift some weights and do some core exercises. I will be injured in less than a week from an overuse injury unless I make some changes today. I know what it feels like just before overuse injuries and this is certainly it. after a few miles of leg pain it subsided and around 14.5 miles I was just tired and started to crave milk. strange that hasn't happened while I have been road running before. it happens when I am out on trails and climbing but not road running. Interesting...
Good run. I still managed to bring the pace in sub 7 and I'm up to like 160 miles in the last 9 days!
