Notes
Great run. Started out with Pat, Chris, Gabe, and Dufty. Began with a docile pace for like 15 at 2 miles and picked it up a tad but let Pat peel off after like two miles and then it was four and Gabe got a little ahead of himself then fell back a few yards to us and then him and duffty split off and Chris and I settled into a rythum. Pat came back twice to make sure he was going in the right direction and then Chris started to get tired with a few miles left so I was more than happy to finally be able to draft for someone and try to help him out a bit by making comments every so often. With a mile and a half or so he had to tie his shoes and just waved me on so I picked it up a little more cause I felt good and finished it up.
