What can I say? One of the best workouts I have ever had. Some of the most consistent pacing, I didn't feel to great on the last two cause of the m&m's before I ran but I was able to hold it together. Some workouts in my past just stick out as great: 10x800 at sub 3:00 in high school for my second half marathon and current PR, 16x400 at sub 90 as the first or second workout of most seasons of high school, 4xmile where I negative split the whole time and ended with a 5:29 mile which was like 15 or 20 seconds fast and Mike was surprised, the time we had a descending ladder type of workout and I started with a mile in 5:10.8 yeah this workout was good. I can't wait for 6xmile next week!
