2x800, 3x(4,3,2) (77, 70) - 2:34, 2:34, 71, 51, 34, 70, 52, 34, 70, 52, 34. Right on pace to the second. Very solid workout. For the first time of all the distance runners I was given faster paces than everyone else. (Alex ran a different workout, Chris, Paul and Jeremy are middle distance). After running the mile on saturday a 70 lap doesn't feel too bad.
