8x500 at 95(76) pace. I hit 96, 93, 93, 95, 93, 94, 95, 91. I felt good being under pace most of the time and finishing the workout unlike tuesday. It was a bit easier though. Still, 76's is breaking 16 in the 5k and I had to work awful hard to do that on repeats so I don't know that I am ready to do it in a race. but practice makes better.
