Treadmill. Avg 2% incline. Sauc Kiv. Legs still very sore from weight workout on Friday. I think that is causing the body to work harder to recover and causing my HR to spike. Had to go extremely slow to keep my HR in zone. End with 1/4 mi at 4% incline. The very end started at 1% then every 1/4 mile increased 0.5% inc. Really would like to start seeing some improvements to my speed instead of running under 5mph to keep HR in zone.
