Treadmill. 67* Sauc Kiv. 1% incline 1st mile increased incline 0.5% every mile. Ended up a 3% incline. 2:30 warm up and 2:30 cool down. Knees in a little pain. Overall felt like this was a good run, altough I may have pushed my HR a little.
