Brookstone, Robin Run, down to Pike around and back. 32* Actually sunny out. Probably could have used some salt tabs. Went out a little too fast. Knees did good until about mile 7 or so. I had taken some sinus med so hopefully that is what caused the higher HR. Sauc Kiv.
