Notes

Treadmill. 67* Sauc Kinvarna 1% incline. 15 minute warm up 20 minute cool down. Started run at 6.2 did 1 mile at that then 6.0 for 1 mile then 5.8 for end. doing my best to keep HR in Zone. Doing long warm up seems to help keep my HR from spiking.
