Brookstone. Bare Access 2. 46* 4mph 57% humidity. Right knee still bothering me, make it feel stiff and then painful to bend.The top of my right foot is still causing me pain a little more today than yesterday. I tried to push the pace a little but still ended up under 6 mph.
