Treadmill. 67*. Bare Access 2. Started at 1.0% incline, increased speed 0.1 mph and incline 0.5% every 1/2 mile, up to mile 2.25, then decreased incline down to 1.0% and eventually flat but kept increasing speed. Tough workout, legs were burning and I had trouble breathing.
