Treadmill 67* Sauc Kiv. Forgot watch so ran free. Throat still a little soar. My weight seems to be up pretty considerably. Did 1% incline for first half then increased 0.5% every 2 minutes thereafter, ended at 6% incline for 1.5 min. felt good. Pace is extremely slow to keep HR in MAF. Hoping when get over cold/allergies I start seeing some improvements.
