Notes

First official workout of the indoor season. Went pretty well and got a slight confidence booster out of it. Went from 6:45-5:50 by the end of the run which I consider successful. I don’t feel that by myself I am able to punch past 5:50 for more than a few miles but think that will be increased when I get my friends back. The run felt smooth through 5 miles but the last 1.5 was rough due to my stomach grumbling a little bit. 8•200m after that I did around mile pace but didn’t fell like mile effort. Still got work to do this year but, looking up for me in the future.
