Notes

Did the long run for time and distance. Wanted to hit 1:30:00 at the begin as I ventured out but as the long run progressed I wanted to at least hit my first half-marathon of the season. Kept it controlled since I had a workout yesterday and definitely felling it in my legs and breathing at the end. Went well.
