Much better easy run. First run since I came back that I didn't feel under pressure. Started off nice and steady and no pain in my foot for the first time as well. Focused on keeping the HR as low as possible but after the first lap picked the pace up a bit and stretched the legs out a bit. Felt good to be pushing hard enough without dying. HR was high at this stage but didn't care. On the 2nd lap pushed an extra 15% - 20% going up the hills - quite a good idea to keep the work rate up. Was quite muggy out but finished fresh enough. Foot fine
