Jogged to the gym and straight into my routine. Adding structure to my deadlifting now. Looking to do 3 sets of 10 reps and then 3 reps at the heaviest weight I can handle. Will increase the reps on the heaviest weight before moving up weight. Just found out this morning that the bar is 15kg so was lifting less than I thought. Hoping to get my deadlifting up to 160kg by the end of the year
