Had planned to do just an easy 45 mins run but once I left the house I decided to pop down to Carysfort Park and see if the Blackrock Athletic Club were training. 12 mins down there and chatted to Gerry for a while before joining them on an easy run. They do all their training on roads which could be a problem for me - I could just do maybe the one session with them a week to protect the legs. Went with Gerry out to Dun Laoighre and back and then hone - ended up being a long easy run in the end which was a bonus but legs tired from 2 days training in a row and the impact from running on roads. Will be selective when I run with them again to make sure I don't get injured
