Notes

Interview session o the track with the club. 6 x 600m (200m recovery) followed by 6 x 200m (200m recovery). Did a full dynamic warm up before hand and I think it made a big difference. Felt strong pretty much the whole way throughout the session. When it came to the 200's picked it up really well and finished strongly. The 600's were quite consistent as well. Strong session overall.
