5 x 1km intervals with 90 sec recovery in Deansgrange Park. Really worked hard with this one to keep the pace up. A lot faster than last week but I did expect to come on quite a bit this week. That said I wasn't quite expecting to run this well. Delighted to get faster with every run even though I was tired during the session. Still have tightness inn my right foot which takes a while to loosen out. Will definitely take an easy week next week and try let the body get a well deserved rest after a few strong weeks training in a row. Think sub 19mins Park run might not be far off but this Saturday may be too soon.
