Notes

5 mins run to the gym and 5 mins run home. Not bad overall, most exercises were strong with the exception of the shoulder press which is a real bitch. The deadlift was a bit disappointing as I only did 3 full sets of 8 before only doing 4 reps at 110kg - it's the grip that's killing me as I think I can handle the weight. Still happy enough to keep building hand and grip strength so I can deadlift better. Also did the squats without the heels on weights and it was ok - did 5 sets of 8 reps for the first time and tough but ok. Good session overall
